These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chloecporter.com and the services of The Synthesis of Wellness LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website, submitting a form, using our chat widget, booking a consultation, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms. 2. Description of Services

The Synthesis of Wellness LLC is a growth and automation agency serving health-focused CPG brands, MedSpas, and functional health practices, led by Chloe Porter. Services include marketing automations, all-in-one CRM and automation software provided on a subscription basis, AI implementation, and brand, growth, and marketing strategy. Services are advisory and technical in nature. Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Program description: When you opt in, The Synthesis of Wellness LLC will send you recurring SMS/MMS messages, which may include appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to inquiries, engagement updates, and customer care, and, if you have consented to marketing messages, promotions, offers, event and workshop announcements, and new services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

You are responsible for decisions made and actions taken based on our guidance, and for making sure any implementation complies with applicable laws, regulations (including advertising and product-claim rules in your industry), and your own contractual obligations.

No specific result, revenue increase, cost saving, or business outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any projections or examples are illustrative only. The Synthesis of Wellness LLC acts as an independent contractor; an engagement does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Synthesis of Wellness LLC, its members, and Chloe Porter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
