GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc. / LeadConnector): our customer relationship management and communications platform. It powers our website forms and chat widget, stores contact records, and sends SMS and email messages on our behalf. GoHighLevel acts as a data processor under our instructions.

Other providers include website hosting (Netlify), email delivery and newsletters (Klaviyo, Google Workspace), and appointment scheduling (Calendly). Each provider's handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; opt out of marketing emails or text messages at any time; and withdraw consent you previously gave.
